New workout type thingy
so in an attempt to help motivate myself to stick with a workout regimen I think I’m gonna try and do a kinda workout-log thing-a-majig here. I know there are other sites built specifically around this type of thing but I’m far too lazy to seek them out so I’ma just do it here. I think I’m gonna try and record which songs it felt like worked best while working out too, ‘cause that seems interesting to me.
- cycled for an hour at resistence of 10, 12, 14, 12, 10, 12 (each for 10 minutes)
- about 12.5 miles (or kilometers I don’t know, the machine doesn’t give units)
- average heart-rate of 168 (which seems kinda high, but it’s what the machine said)
- average speed of around 11.5 (once again the thing didn’t give units)
- burned around 450 calories
Songs that worked best in order:
- Above and Below- The Bravery
- Dance Dance Christa Paffgen- Anberlin
- Grease- Franki Valli and the Four Seasons (this one surprised me a lot)
