Rango
was probably one of the weirdest and least kid-friendly kid-oriented movies I’ve ever seen. Despite this, it’s probably also one of the most interesting and entertaining I’ve seen in a long time as well. I was thoroughly entertained the entire way through.

New workout type thingy
so in an attempt to help motivate myself to stick with a workout regimen I think I’m gonna try and do a kinda workout-log thing-a-majig here. I know there are other sites built specifically around this type of thing but I’m far too lazy to seek them out so I’ma just do it here. I think I’m gonna try and record which songs it felt like worked best while working out too,...

Chuck
I will miss you on TV. Since season 3 ended my interest has started to wain a bit and the standard has slowly declined, but that last episode reminded me of everything I loved about that show. Maybe it was all the nostalgia, but it was a truly satisfying conclusion that, I’m a little ashamed to say, brought me very close to tears.

Lightning Crashes by Live
If I were ever to learn the guitar and want to record myself, this is the song I’d wanna sing.

Dreams
I really hope dreams don’t mean anything because I am totally confused as to why I just had a dream about playing arcade games at Tim Tebow’s house. Some weird stuff happened there too… this is gonna linger in my head for a while.

Muse Challenge Day 8: Favorite Live Performance
I gotta say, it’s either HAARP again or the Radio 3 performance. HAARP is an amazing performance, that I’ve seen about a million times so obviously it’s gonna be up there for me. But the Radio 3 performance is a perfect example of one of the reason’s why I love them so much. They have such pride in their music and have a really good time with anybody that disrespects...

Muse Challenge Day 7: Favorite B-Side
probably “Ashamed”. The guitar and bass in that song is amazing, and it just hits one of the best grooves of any of their songs. The end kicks my ass every time.

Muse Challenge Day 6: Favorite Song from...
it’s gotta be “City of Delusion”. It’s an adrenaline pumping masterpiece that keeps pushing me further and further toward the edge of my seat until eventually there is no seat left. The chorus is great but I personally love all the little individual features the most. Chris gets a little section to show off his awesome bass groove, then they lay a simple and fun guitar...

Muse Challenge Day 5: Favorite Music Video
damn it, I’m like 4 minutes late. I blame Skyrim and that wonderfully lazy feeling when you’re done with finals but you haven’t gotten them back yet. Anyway, my favorite music video definitely has to be “Knights of Cydonia”. It perfectly captures their love for all these hilariously absurd alien conspiracies while still somehow finding a way to tie it all in to an...

50/50
so first off I just wanted to say that I’m not doing a Muse Challenge post today or tomorrow because I just don’t do those on the weekends. I has things to do. That being said, in between studying for impending finals I managed to watch the movie “50/50”.
I must say I quite enjoyed it. Now I have to mention that I do have a bit of a soft spot for the subject matter,...

Muse Challenge Day 2: Favorite Song from Origin of...
damn, everything on this album is just so solid. “New Born” and “Plug-in Baby” kick all kinds of ass as well as “Hyper Music”, which has added awesomeness because it’s ability to morph into “Hyper Chondriac Music”. Then there’s the slightly slower, but no less intense, songs like “Feeling Good” and “Bliss” and...

Muse Challenge Day 1: Favorite Muse Album
so first off, I guess I’m gonna do another of these because I haven’t been posting a whole lot lately and I thought it might jump-start my tumblr inspiration like the last one did and who better to devote 30 straight days of posts about than the best band to ever grace the world with its existence, MUSE? So I guess here I go again
So my favorite album, that’s a little tough...

Mark Sanchez, Flinching Like a Little Girl (via... →
sportsinstilettos:
From The Big Lead:
When Mark Sanchez lined up out wide against the Bills earlier today, deviously playful defensive back Drayton Florence had a little fun with the unusual circumstances by scaring the pretty boy piss out of the often topless Jets quarterback. Where I come from, that’s two punches for flinching, cool guy.
I imagine Mark Sanchez walking through a haunted...
